Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains what information Oh Wow Ideas ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. Oh Wow Ideas is a creative studio based in F-11, Islamabad, Pakistan. You can reach us any time at info@ohwowideas.com.
1. Information you give us
When you use the "Start a project" form you can enter your name, a phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, a message, and optionally a voice note or file.
The form does not send this to our servers. It prepares a message on your own device, and nothing reaches us until you choose to send it through your own email app or WhatsApp. A voice note you record in the browser stays on your device unless you attach and send it yourself. Once you send it, we receive it like any other email or WhatsApp message.
2. Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies. IP addresses are anonymised. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to keep the site secure and running.
- Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which can see your IP address.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between the light and night themes, we remember that choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To understand and improve how the website performs.
- To keep the website secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
4. Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers that help us run the website and our communication, such as Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics and fonts), and the email and WhatsApp services you choose to contact us through. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any project that follows, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@ohwowideas.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
